MEET MISS PRE TEEN NORTH DAKOTA INTERNATIONAL 2020 – ASHLEY HAAS

Ashley can’t believe she won but is so happy she did, so she can start to change the world for the better, in a bigger way.        

                               

Ashley is in the sixth grade at Kindred Elementary and her favorite subjects are Art (because she gets to be colorful and expressive), and Math (because it has a reasonable explanation behind it).  Her current favorite sport is Dance. She loves being able to express her inner and deepest feelings through it, and it keeps her on toes and being very active.  Ashley is planning to try out for the track team next year, to be even more active and because she loves to run.

Ashley enjoys playing the flute with her Band class and is looking forward to participating in The Young Musicians Festival at the end of February, where she will be performing in three quintets and a solo.

Ashley has one sister Josie, who is about to turn ten years old.  She loves unicorns, reading, and hanging out with her big sister.  Ashely feels very blessed to have her sister.

 Ashley also has two dogs named Diamond and Ruby.  Ruby was a rescue dog, and Diamond was a Christmas gift from her grandma and grandpa.   They both love to run and play and keep Ashley & Josie busy taking care of them.   

Ashley would like to remind us to “Let Your Light Shine”!  The more we do, the more it encourages others to do the same, and the world becomes a much brighter place for us all!
