My Platform is LET YOUR LIGHT SHINE - encouraging and teaching others to be so completely confident in who they are, that it inspires and empowers everyone they connect with to do the same! Be YOU No Matter What!

As Marianne Williamson said, “We ask ourselves who am I to be brilliant gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. You playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightening about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. As you let your own light shine, you indirectly give others permission to do the same.”

God made each one of us uniquely different...         

There is no other person on this planet that is exactly like you.

You each have different gifts, talents, and even quirks that make you special.

You were given these qualities for a reason. There is a distinct purpose for every single one of us.

Sometimes I’ve been made fun of for dressing differently than everyone else.... for being different... And that’s ok.  I think that’s a good thing even, because it means I’m not worrying about trying to fit in and being the same as everyone else.  It means I’m LETTING MY LIGHT SHINE and encouraging you to do the same!

I’m a completely different person than I was a few years ago.  I used to be scared to share my voice. I didn’t feel comfortable speaking up and asking my teachers important questions, reading out loud or presenting in class, or even sharing my opinion with my friends sometimes.  I’m so glad I’ve learned some key mindset practices that have helped (and continue to help) me find my voice. 

I’m so grateful that I get to share my platform and encourage and impact other kids (and adults) by providing them with those tools to increase their confidence and mental resilience with my LET YOUR LIGHT SHINE Workshops, hosting Let Your Light Shine Days at School, and an annual Let Your Light Shine 5k.  The more of us that come together and Let Our Light Shine, the brighter our world will be.
